Transportation projects are developed in four phases: Planning and Environmental, Design, Right-of-Way (ROW), and Construction. Due to the size of the project, I-24 MOTION consists of two smaller sections. ROW is not needed for either section, and construction is pending funding.
The following is a reflection of various aspects of the project development process as they have occurred and will occur for each section.
