The Department of Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities West Planning and Policy Council will conduct their next meeting on Wednesday, January 18, 2017 from 10:15 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. CST

The Department of Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Middle Regional Planning and Policy Council will conduct their quarterly meeting on Friday, January 20, 2017 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM (CST)

The Department of Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities’ East Planning and Policy Council will meet Tuesday, January 24, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. EDT.

The DHSMC met at 10:07 a.m. on January 24, 2017, in the Museum Experience Room (MER), Level D of the Tennessee State Museum with Chairman Thomas S. Smith presiding.

The Department will be revising the Provider Manual. The purpose of the Provider Manual is to outline the basic principles and requirements for delivery of quality services to persons with intellectual disabilities who are enrolled in one of the Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) waivers administered by the Department. The Provider Manual applies to all approved providers who have an executed Provider Agreement which requires compliance with this manual.
