Abuse Registry Advisory Group Committee Meeting – October 16, 2020, at 9:00 a.m. Central

Pursuant to T.C.A. § 68-11-1003(g)(1)(B), DIDD has established the Abuse Registry Advisory Group. It is the committee’s role to make a recommendation regarding whether an applicant who was previously placed on the Abuse Registry should be removed from the registry or his/her name should remain on the registry. The committee’s actions are subject to DIDD Policy # 80.2.4 and the application (Policy # 80.2.4.a). Any recommendation made by the committee is not final, but will be provided to Commissioner Turner for further consideration. Commissioner Turner is not bound by the recommendation of the committee and will review each application.
